The Ideal Candidate (Qualifications, Skills & Experience):
  • High level of administration & data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, Organised and High attention to detail
  • Proactive, willingness to listen, learn and improve processes
  • Customer service focused

Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
  • Collating, preparing and maintaining invoice, orders and credit applicatons
  • Account Reconciliation and allocation of payments
  • Credit Control
  • Reporting
  • Data entry and filing
  • General administration and ad-hoc support as required
