Administration Manager - Engineering Department | Based in Shenzhen, China
Our client is a world-renowned manufacturer located in Shenzhen, China. They collaborate with international household brands such as Electrolux, Cuisinart and Swissmar to produce high quality products including kitchen appliances, hair & beauty appliances and vacuum cleaners that are currently selling in major retail chains!
The role:
As the Administration Manager you will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and responsible for providing high level administrative support to management and the team to ensure efficient operation of the office with the goal to have a self sufficient independent department.
Responsibilities include:
- Run and develop a distribution and records of documents
- Maintain and develop Engineering Change Control Database
- Develop and maintain procedures and systems in a continuous improvement environment
- Provide training and development to the team
About you:- Proficient language skills in English and Mandarin desired
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Administration
- Strong leadership, motivation and communication skills
- Proven experience in an Executive Support / Administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively, to multi- task, and to adapt to changing priorities
- Highly analytical and data driven with strong documentation skills
