B2B Internal Sales Representative - Solar and Electrical Indusrtry

  • $50 - $55k base + Super + Profit Share (OTE+ Number 1 Victorian branch)
  • Expanding warehouse due for completion Dec 2017

Our client is seeking an Internal B2B Sales Representative. This person will have a positive, resilient and confident personality and will act as a liaison with major accounts on various projects, provide product/services information, process orders, complete quotes and negotiate sales.

Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
  • Generate sales leads and provide quotations to customers and follow up
  • Accurate and prompt data entry of sales orders and generate invoices
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships with suppliers
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and KPI’s
  • Stock Control

  • Proven B2B sales or counter sales experience (2-5 years’ experience)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Electrical industry system knowledge (preferred although not essential)
