B2B Internal Sales Representative - Solar and Electrical Indusrtry

- $50 - $55k base + Super + Profit Share (OTE+ Number 1 Victorian branch)
- Expanding warehouse due for completion Dec 2017
Our client is seeking an Internal B2B Sales Representative. This person will have a positive, resilient and confident personality and will act as a liaison with major accounts on various projects, provide product/services information, process orders, complete quotes and negotiate sales.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:- Generate sales leads and provide quotations to customers and follow up
- Accurate and prompt data entry of sales orders and generate invoices
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with suppliers
- Meet personal/team sales targets and KPI’s
- Stock Control
Requirements:- Proven B2B sales or counter sales experience (2-5 years’ experience)
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Electrical industry system knowledge (preferred although not essential)
