Our client is a national provider of recruitment, labour hire and managed labour services.

They provide innovative, cost-effective and complete employment solutions at a local, state and national level across all industry sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the financial profitability of the branch through providing the best recruitment solutions to your clients both personally and through the strength of your team (2 consultants)

The ideal experience to enable success in this role includes the following:

• Demonstrated experience (Industrial and/or White Collar) in the recruitment industry

• Hands-on leadership style with an understanding that the success of your business is built on the strength of your team

• Initiative and vision to drive success to the next level

• Sound financial understanding and strong commercial acumen

• Natural flair for developing key strategic relationships and understanding people

• Tenacious, exuberant, open-minded, fair and driven
