CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES COORDINATOR

Our client is looking for a customer-oriented sales and service coordinator. This person will have a positive, resilient and confident personality and will act as a liaison with major accounts, provide product/services information, process orders, complete quotes, negotiate sales and resolve any customer related matters.

Previous experience working in the Aluminium / Steel construction industry and using SAP is highly desired.

Responsibilities include; but not limited to:

• Manage incoming calls
• Accurate and prompt data entry of sales orders
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Generate sales leads and provide quotations to customers within price guidelines and follow up
• Provide customers with ongoing technical and product support
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer sales and service team sales targets and call KPI’s
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and build relationships with internal & external customers
• General Administration

Requirements:

• Proven customer sales and support experience (2-5 years’ experience)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Computer literate and familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• SAP Experience (preferred although not essential)
• Aluminium industry system knowledge (preferred although not essential)
