About the role

Most performance roles hand you a slice. This one hands you the whole funnel.

Own the entire conversion engine, from the first scroll-stopping hook to the page that closes the sale. Persona in, profit out, No more pitching your angle to a landing-page team that never quite gets it. If you've ever lost a winning ad to a disconnected landing page, this is the role where you control both ends.

What you'll own

Strategy & angles: Build the persona map, then the ad concepts, hooks and scripts (UGC, EGC, lo-fi) that speak to each one

Landing pages: Design high-converting pages matched to every persona, so the ad and the page are one seamless message

Meta campaigns: Launch, optimise, scale. You manage the spend and you're accountable for what it returns

The testing loop: A weekly roadmap where you scale winners, cut losers, and never guess twice

You're our person if

You've personally scaled ads on Meta that stayed profitable as budget grew

You live in hook rate, CTR, CVR and ROAS and you act on them without hand-holding

You think in message match: the page is the second half of the ad, not someone else's problem

You've built or shipped landing pages (Replo / CRO experience = gold)

1–3+ years in DTC / e-commerce paid creative or performance content

You're fluent with AI tools for creative, copy and pages and hungry to push them further

What your first 90 days will look like

Dive into our top-performing creative, build on the insights with fresh content and landing pages, and establish a repeatable system: persona ? ad ? page ? scale. By day 90, you'll have a proven engine that's delivering results and ready for continued growth.
