The role:

The role calls for a person with proven experience as an Executive Assistant with high organisational skills, whilst being adaptable to change at short notice. You need to have the ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines whilst providing administrative support. Your high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail, will be much sought after in this busy and exciting role!

Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
  • Email/Diary and phone management
  • Arranging travel requests and itineraries
  • Preparation of agendas and minute taking
  • Tracking and following up all actions required by the Executives
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing expense reconciliations
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings and organising functions and events
  • Composing and preparing reports; policies, tracks the progress of projects and coordinates responses to correspondence
  • Contributing to the development of corporate reports, assisting in the accumulation of information for annual reports
  • Relationship Management
  • Preparation of contracts and letters of offer
  • Maintenance of employment checks
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining an effective filing system and general Administration skills

To be successful in the role you must possess/be:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar
  • Proven experience in an Executive Support role
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, to multi- task, and to adapt to changing priorities
  • High level attention to detail, analytical and data driven with strong documentation skills
  • High level of professional integrity and a commitment to highly confidential information
