Employment Conditions:

  • Permanent (full time)(5 days)(on-site)

Competencies we're looking for:

  • 3-5 + years experience in an EA role within a medium or large scaled organisation
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and be highly organised
  • Efficient and effective
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Computer / IT Savvy
  • Experience managing administration and reception staff
  • Use discretion and high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • High level secretarial administration support to the Director
  • Support Board members and Senior managers
  • Proactive diary management
  • Manage, train and support reception staff
  • Monitor performance and KPI's for direct reports
  • Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar/equivalent

Must have:

  • PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
