Work in a brand new office with free parkingDue to substantial growth, one of Australia's renowned pharmaceutical FMCG companies is seeking an administrative guru to help their new Exports team achieve and improve efficiencies in their department. They are looking for someone who loves detail, numbers, multitasking with strong analytical and administrative skills.

Working within the Exports team you will need to understand and be across processes and stock management practices within their overseas 3PL warehouses and ensure all record keeping is maintained and accurately processed on their SAP system. Experience in Export administration and supply chain is required and we are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of solid experience in the exports field.

Duties include; but not limited to:

  • Data entry into the system in relation to contracts and invoicing
  • Generating purchase orders and sales orders
  • Liaise with export customers regarding issues and queries with orders/shipments
  • Participate in Stock takes and audits
  • Implement export efficiencies to ensure processes are streamlined
  • General export administration
