The role:

A truly HR Generalist experience within a growing, dynamic & innovative pharmaceutical manufacturer in the SE Suburbs working with a wonderful team!

Seeking:

An astute and hands-on HR professional looking to work for a dynamic, growing, and purpose-driven organisation with a passion for people, process, and continual learning. If you enjoy assisting and supporting managers at an administrative and operational level across all facets of HR and have worked in a fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical environment that has 3 shifts running 5-6 days a week, this could be just the right role for you. This role will start off as a Generalist HR role with a view to deepen generalist and advisory experience, with a goal to one day grow their knowledge and experience into a specialisation

Education:

  • Human Resource Management Degree with a Science / Engineering Degree or Qualification; or
  • Science Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification; or
  • Engineering Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification

Location:

South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)

Salary:

  • Market-leading remuneration and negotiable on experience

Industry:

  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (proven to have excellent job security in a pandemic)

Experience level:

  • 2 years in a Generalist HR Role with experience in Recruitment
  • Intermediate to high-level computer literacy

2022 - 2023 Focus:

  • Recruitment
  • Develop and Execute HR Policies and Procedures
  • HR and Recruitment Co-ordination and Administration

Must have:

  • PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
  • Own Car and Australian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to work full-time on-site with occasional after-hours work and travel to another site

Due to the manufacturing and production environment, this role is based on-site and requires a full-time HR presence during business hours with the ability to attend various shift hours e.g afternoon and night shifts from time to time and also occasional travel to another site.
