The role:

We are seeking highly motivated, customer centric, technical Project Engineers! Culture is important to our client and we are looking for someone who aligns with their core values of communication, respect, ownership, sustainability and team work!

The role includes installation, configuration and documentation of new hardware in line with defined scopes of works aimed to deliver the best customer service available in the industry.

You will be expected to be able to deploy, migrate and troubleshoot the following technologies:

• Strong PowerShell Skills (Creating from scratch)
• MS Windows Server Administration
• Exchange Server / Exchange Online / Office 365
• SQL Server Administration
• Hyper-V & VMWare Administration
• Networking Skills (Routing / NAT / VLAN)
• Strong Troubleshooting skills across Multiple Technologies
• Desktop Support (Office / Client Applications)

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in a similar role, MSP environment desired
• IT related degree/certificates
• A warm and professional phone manner with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to genuinely connect with, understand, and help people
• A natural aptitude for technology
• Ability to act as a final point of call and resolve issues which have been escalated by the team
• Attention to detail and a pride in quality of work
• A strong desire & motivation to grow and develop
• Ability to provide feedback and information on people and processes to the team leaders and management team where required to identify and improve service delivery
• The ability to think on your feet and pick things up quickly
• Experience with a ticketing system for job management
