Marketing Coordinator
Our Client is currently looking to fill a 12 month maternity leave position. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their subsidiary in Melbourne, Tullamarine. You will have a highly appreciated role within our team of professionals and enjoy a great working environment.
Job tasks and responsibilities• Adjustment and implementation of concepts for product launches
• Organization of national trade fairs and events• Launch customer loyalty program, organize partner events
• Organization and administration of trainings, updating training documents• National media planning and implementation (booking, format adaption)
• Content management of national website• Generate, edit, publish and share regular social media updates
• Prepare presentations and application reports• Write newsletters and create simple mailings
• Send out bulk e-mails and mailings• Conception and implementation of sales promotions
• Provide marketing support (pictures, text etc.) for sales partners• Collaboration with a national graphic designer/printing company
• Annual planning of national key priorities and budget• Produce regular case studies
Skills and experience• Experienced and well educated in marketing, web page management and social media platforms
• Practical, basic experience with graphical software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign) converting pictures, adapt resolution, simple manipulation of graphics/photos• Experience in cooperation with advertising agencies and printing companies
• Good intuition for graphic designs and creating text• Strong organizational skills
