Our client is a national provider of recruitment, contractor and managed personnel services.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Developing new business - 50%

• Managing existing accounts - 50%

The ideal experience to enable success in this role includes the following:

• Demonstrated experience and capability to win over new business and successfully manage top tier accounts with complex requirements

• Hands-on management / collaboration style with an understanding that your success is built on the strength of your team and your team work

• Initiative and vision to drive success to the next level

• Sound financial understanding, negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen

• Natural flair for developing key strategic relationships

• Tenacious, exuberant, open-minded, fair and driven
