The role:

  • Handling of new vehicle customer enquiries and prospecting for new customers
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features and be able to share product knowledge within dealership
  • Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organising test drives
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Provide quality service and generate leads, referrals and repeat business

The ideal candidate will possess/be:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a bright and energetic personality
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Confident and thrive in a competitive team environment
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results and increase product knowledge
  • Proven track record in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to communicate complex information in non-technical terms with customers
  • Previous work with a luxury brand/automotive experience will be advantageous but not required
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Have a current driver’s license
