We are seeking skilled Process Engineers to join a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company based in South East Melbourne. You will have a have a solution focused mindset and be responsible for managing and delivering continuous improvement processes and projects.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:- Collaborating with Production & Quality teams to identify ongoing issues and aim to improve overall productivity
- Contributing to cost reduction and the increase in quality by reviewing current processes and using production data to look for trends in process performance and identify potential areas for improvement
- Assisting in ensuring that all packing processes are performed to an acceptable GMP standard
- Providing leadership and support to project outcome implementation
About you:You will be a tertiary qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar with proven experience working within a FMCG, or manufacturing environment (Experience working in Food or Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage)
You will be proactive, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills and have the capability to work within a diverse, multi-functional environment and have the ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
