Production Supervisor - Night Shift - Packing Department - Pharmaceutical

Do you have 5-10 years experience working as a Production Supervisor for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry within a Packing Department?

We're seeking a candidate with leadership and supervisory experience of 20-35 people for a purpose driven, leading global Pharmaceutical manufacturer.

This role ensures that:

• Production and Quality targets are met

• Packing lines run efficiently (high speed bottle, tube, jar lines - mostly liquid filling)

• Continuous improvement initiatives are met and implemented

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety)
• Standards are adhered to

• High team performance and morale

• Technical Proficiency within Production and Pharmaceutical environments - Liaise with Engineering and other Production personnel on equipment repairs and maintenance required to ensure maximum productivity within the facility. Advanced understanding and experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Quality requirements eg. Deviations

• Planning and Organisational skills - balancing short and medium term scheduling with staffing levels and cost control

• High attention to detail - meticulous verification of documentation and production quality

• Values and Purpose driven - passionate about helping people and the community through quality pharmaceutical product

Ideal but not essential:

• Degree within a related field such as Science, Management, Engineering etc

• Experience using SAP or equivalent

Location:

• South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)

Must have:

5-10 years experience in a similar role

AU / NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency status
