Due to substantial growth, one of Australia's renowned pharmaceutical FMCG companies is seeking an administrative guru to help with their Supply chain team and achieve and improve efficiencies in their department. They are looking for someone who loves detail, numbers, multitasking with strong analytical and administrative skills.
Working within the team you will need to understand and be across processes and stock management practices and ensure all record keeping is maintained and accurately processed in their system. Experience in Import/Export administration and supply chain is highly desirable.
Duties include; but not limited to:- Data entry into the system in relation to contracts and invoicing
- Generating purchase orders and sales orders
- Liaising with customers regarding issues and queries with orders/shipments
- Participate in stocktakes and audits
- Implement export efficiencies to ensure processes are streamlined
- General administration
