Seeking:

• Experienced QC Manager / Quality Control Manager from the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry

Location:

• South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)

Salary:

Experience level:

• 10+ years with solid analytical laboratory, supervisory, and department management experience

Education:

• Science Degree in Analytical Chemistry

• Strong commitment to honesty and leads by example.
• Enjoys problem solving, is thorough, methodical and has a high attention to details.
• A passion for chemistry and quality control.

Team Structure:

• QC Dayshift: Supervisor + 5
• QC Afternoon: Supervisor + 5
• QC Night Shift: Supervisor + 4
• Sampling: Leading Hand + 2
• Documentation: 1
• Microbiologists: 0

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Responsible for the quality control of:

• Raw Materials
• Bulk Product and Materials
• Packaging
• Finished goods
