Due to the ongoing success and growth of our client, we are seeking a customer focused, results driven Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results driven individual and have a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities with a proven background in achieving sales.
The key responsibilities of this role will include; but not limited to:- Maintain existing accounts and secure new business
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs in different commodities (essential oils, aromatic chemicals, fragrances and more)
- Responsible for product manufacturing development to meet each customer’s need in production
- Development of strong internal and external relationships
- Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies for maximising profitability and increased sales growth
- Represent company at trade association meetings, trade shows, etc. to promote production capability and delivery from company’s manufacturing capacity
- Complete all administration duties as required
The successful applicant will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, advertising or similar desired
- Proven sales and account management experience with essential oil experience desired
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading and coaching a sales team, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer focus and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and understand and establish strategic direction
- High level communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and develop customer relationships
- Commercial acumen
- Proactive and self motivated
