Service Desk Engineer
This role looks after Level 2 Support, ideal for an Engineer with 3 years experience with good troubleshooting skills, this role also has an opportunity to run small projects (e.g. printer fleet rollouts, Active Directory group policy changes)

Pharmaceutical ManufacturingLocation:South-Eastern SuburbsSalary:Analyst Package $86K & Engineer Package $92KDay to day aspects of the Service Desk Analyst Role:- Provide day to day workstation and network troubleshooting and support, and working within the ICT Service Desk and be involved in day to day ICT operations. Working at our level 1 ICT Service Desk
- Primarily at one of our two main sites to welcome end-user requests and provide advice in conjunction with technical support
- The role will entail onsite support, phone support (with remote session where practical), on client workstation and smart devices, supporting operating systems, applications, client networks and conferencing facilities.
- Identification and logging of incidents, triage, categorisation and request prioritisation
- Participate in after-hours on-call roster supporting after hours production and operations
- Assist with administrative duties such as asset allocation, reconciliation and other non-technical administration duties.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge, ensuring personal and professional development in line with the ICT strategy, provide advice on policies, processes and procedures relating to the transition of ICT Services
- Work in accordance with personal and department agreed Service Levels.
Day to day aspects of the Service Desk Engineer role:- Work within the ICT Service Desk and provide end-user technical support
- Primary functions for the role include desktop support, troubleshooting, network
- support, and general ICT operations activities.
