We're recruiting for a Site Supply Chain Planner looking for a hands-on role, responsible for the flow of materials, production, and delivery across the whole manufacturing site.
Role Overview:
As the Site Supply Chain Planner, reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of materials and products across the site, ensuring alignment between production, demand, and supply.
This role oversees planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, ERP execution, and continuous improvement to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning & Production Alignment
• Align production plans with demand, capacity, and business priorities
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to optimise output and service levels
Production Scheduling
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, capacity, and materials
• Adjust schedules to manage constraints and ensure customer requirements are met
Supply Chain Operations
• Lead day-to-day supply chain activities onsite to ensure smooth and efficient operations• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with standards and processes
ERP Execution & Data Integrity
• Execute key supply chain transactions within NetSuite (such as assembly builds and item fulfilment)• Maintain accurate system data and resolve discrepancies
Inventory Management
• Manage inventory levels to balance availability, cost, and waste• Monitor stock accuracy and support cycle counts and replenishment
Logistics & Freight Management
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery requirements• Manage freight providers, costs, and issue resolution
Other
• Act as the key link between production, procurement, sales, and logistics partners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, scheduling, and supply processes
• Support internal and external audits as required
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in supply chain, production planning, or logistics in manufacturing
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Pronto)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentDesirable
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g. HACCP, GMP)
• Experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma environments
• Relevant degree or APICS certification (e.g. APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM)

• OTIF delivery and schedule adherence
• Inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Freight cost and service performance
• Continuous improvement outcomes
