As a result of internal promotion, an opportunity exists to manage an opening of a new branch. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced, highly driven consultants to deliver a range of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to a large, diverse client base.
• Driving the strategic direction of the team and achieving financial objectives as set in the business plan• Developing team members through coaching, mentoring, on the job learning, training, performance management and development activities
• Always looking for new business opportunities, networking and cross marketing – working with the Branch Manager to attain this opportunity• At least 3-4 years demonstrated recruitment experience and management of recruitment consultants
• A natural ability to build and maintain business relationships• A proven track record of business to business sales success
• Thrive on a fast paced environment and ability to prioritise work effectively• A highly motivated can do attitude with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong administration skills• Inspire confidence and deliver successful outcomes
• Natural flair for developing key strategic relationships• Tenacious, exuberant, open-minded, fair and driven
• Tenacious, inspiring, highly organised and motivated, customer-centric with a desire to be part of the future of HR and Recruitment Industry Globally• Most importantly, must want to have fun and enjoy a laugh!
