Warehouse Manager | Raw Materials and Packaging | South East Melbourne

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Manage the receipt, storage and supply to production of raw materials and packaging
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of finished goods to the Distribution Centre
- Effective stock management and maintenance
- Liaise with the Logistics Manager to rectify stock discrepancies and report on accuracy and errors for raw materials packaging and label products
- Motivate and manage a team
- Lead ongoing improvement in efficiency
- Lead OH&S requirements
- Customer focused to optimize quality of service and business growth
- Capable of working in a high volume, busy environment
To be successful you will demonstrate:- Proven experience in Warehouse Management
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse
- Ability to motivate and organise people effectively, time management skills and have a strong work ethic
- Understand the SAP programmes for warehousing and be the expert on SAP in raw materials and packaging warehousing
- Driver’s and Forklift license
- Related Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business etc is highly advantageous and desirable
